Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship within Japan and internationally!
Shipping Methods
Orders within Japan are shipped via Japan Post.

●Small Packet
As there is no warranty provided for this product, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. However, we would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have.
All orders are tracked and may require a signature upon delivery. Please avoid placing an order if you anticipate being away from the shipping address for an extended period, such as during a holiday.
Customs & Duties
Customs charges may apply based on your country and must be paid by the recipient. We do not control these charges as they vary by country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Why is my country not available in check-out?
If your country isn't listed at checkout, reach out to us, and we'll check the current status for you. You can also check for any shipping restrictions to your country on Japan Post's website.
Processing & Delivery Times
Your order will be processed within 2-4 business days.
Orders within Japan are estimated to arrive within 1 week after shipment.
International orders are estimated to arrive in 2-3 weeks after shipment.
Pre-order items may have different processing times. This will be stated on the product description page.
What is your Returns Policy?
We only accept returns for damaged products upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 5 business days with your order details and photos of the damaged items.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs. We are not liable for products lost or damaged in return transit.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund through store credit. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
Please note: We do not accept returns for orders using gift cards, and sale items including bundles or sets.
What if my order is returned?
Sometimes packages can be returned to us for several reasons including:
● insufficient or wrong address
●package was not picked up by the receiver
If your order is returned, you will be refunded in the form of store credit, minus shipping fee and $5 processing fee. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
